P.S. — A Note From Boise

The part of the toast
no one forgets.

Bubbly gets poured. Words get kept. P.S. Cuvée was born out of one simple realization — the bottle is the gift, but the note is the part they save.

It wasn't at a winery or a boardroom. It was at a celebration surrounded by friends, laughter, and raised glasses. As everyone prepared for the toast, I noticed a guest quietly step back from the moment. Nothing dramatic. No announcement. Just a subtle choice to avoid drawing attention to the fact that what was being poured wasn't something they could or wanted to drink. Maybe it was for health, faith, recovery, pregnancy, training for an event, or simply personal preference. The reason didn't matter. What mattered was that in a room full of connection and celebration, they suddenly felt separate from it. I remember thinking, "Why should anyone feel excluded from a moment that belongs to all of us?"

I'm not someone who has sworn off alcohol. There are occasions when I enjoy a glass of wine or champagne myself. But there are just as many times when I choose not to, whether for health, a busy schedule, travel, early mornings, or simply because I don't want to. Along the way, I became increasingly aware of how many people make that same choice every day. I tried the alternatives. Mocktails that felt more like a substitute than a celebration. Sparkling juices that felt childish. Water glasses raised during important toasts. While those options served a purpose, they rarely carried the same elegance, ritual, or significance as the moment itself. I wanted something that honored the occasion and the person holding the glass.

That realization led me to create P.S. Cuvée.

I wanted a bottle that felt every bit as special as the moments it was celebrating. That journey led me to California wine country and ultimately to BevZero, where we could begin with beautifully crafted wine and gently remove the alcohol while preserving the experience people love. But I wanted more than a beautiful bottle. I wanted a reason for people to slow down and connect. That's where the interactive bottle and envelope was born. Every bottle includes a handwritten note tucked inside because long after the bubbles disappear, words remain. A birthday wish. A thank-you. A congratulations. A reminder that someone matters.

You'll also discover a QR code designed to bring the celebration to life. Whether you're the person giving the bottle or the one receiving it, you can scan the code to share your message, photos, videos, and memories from that special moment. From engagements and weddings to promotions, anniversaries, and everyday victories, these stories become part of something larger.

Some of those moments may even be featured across P.S. Cuvée's social media and marketing channels, allowing celebrations to inspire others around the world.

Because P.S. Cuvée was never meant to be just another bottle.
