The card is adorned with the P.S. monogram in pink and a handwritten message, transforming the bottle from a beverage into a keepsake.

Most non-alcoholic drinks start as something that was never meant to have alcohol — sparkling juice, flavored water, a syrup with bubbles. Ours starts as wine. We work with Bev Zero in Santa Rosa, a producer that specializes in the careful removal of alcohol from finished wines. The process protects what matters: the structure, the aromatics, the finish.
