THE ENVELOPE
The pink envelope is real — waterproof paper, hand-applied in California, closed with a black wax seal stamped P.S. Break the seal and lift the flap. On the inside, a message printed for the moment.
On the same flap, a small QR code invites whoever's holding the bottle to share the moment — the message they got, the celebration they're in, the toast being raised. Because the best moments deserve an encore.
THE TWELVE
These are the twelve. Every bottle carries one — and it always ends up being the one that finds you.
You don't pick. We don't tell you which one is in the bottle you order. That's the whole thing — you break the wax, lift the flap, and the line that was waiting for you is the line you were meant to read.
THE INSIDE
Made as wine first.
The alcohol comes out at the end.
Most non-alcoholic drinks start as something that was never meant to have alcohol — sparkling juice, flavored water, a syrup with bubbles. Ours starts as wine. We work with Bev Zero in Santa Rosa, a producer that specializes in the careful removal of alcohol from finished wines. The process protects what matters: the structure, the aromatics, the finish.
What's left is sparkling cuvée — without the part that makes you forget the conversation.
