Long before I ever created P.S. Cuvée, I was fascinated by celebration.
Growing up, sparkling wine seemed reserved for life's biggest moments. It appeared in movies, at weddings, championship victories, grand openings, and milestone achievements. To me, that tall, delicate glass filled with sparkling bubbles represented something bigger than a beverage. It represented success. Joy. Connection. The moment when people paused long enough to acknowledge something worth celebrating.
And I loved that.
I've always been the person who believes life gives us plenty of reasons to celebrate. The promotions. The graduations. The new babies. The anniversaries. The hard-earned victories. Even the small wins that often go unnoticed.
As the years passed, I found myself hosting events, building businesses, raising a family, gathering friends around tables, and creating opportunities for people to come together. One thing became increasingly clear to me.
Not everyone holding a glass is drinking the same thing.
Some choose not to drink because of their faith. Some because of their health. Some because they are pregnant. Some are training for a goal. Some are in recovery. Some are underage. Some simply don't want alcohol.
Yet when the toast arrived, I often noticed the same thing.
There would be beautiful flutes lifted around the room, and someone standing nearby with water, soda, or something that felt more like an afterthought than part of the occasion.
And I couldn't help but wonder...
Why should anyone feel separate from a celebration they helped create?
Why should the symbol of inclusion feel exclusive?
Because the truth is, the celebration was never about alcohol.
It was about belonging.
It was about honoring a moment.
It was about recognizing the people around us.
That belief became the foundation for P.S. Cuvée.
I wanted to create something elegant enough for a wedding, meaningful enough for an anniversary, sophisticated enough for a corporate event, and welcoming enough for everyone at the table.
Not a substitute.
Not a compromise.
A true celebration in its own right.
That journey eventually led me to California wine country and BevZero, where we could begin with beautifully crafted wine and gently remove the alcohol while preserving the experience, ritual, and sophistication that make sparkling wine special.
But I wanted P.S. Cuvée to be more than what was inside the bottle.
I've always believed that the most meaningful gifts aren't the expensive ones. They're the personal ones.
The unexpected encouragement.
The line that arrives right when someone needs to hear it.
The words someone keeps long after the celebration is over.
That's why every bottle carries a message tucked inside — one of twelve carefully-written affirmations, sealed behind the wax, waiting for whoever breaks it open. A chance to tell someone they're loved. Appreciated. Celebrated. Remembered. We didn't want to leave that moment to chance, so we wrote twelve lines that could each land — and let the bottle decide which one arrives.
Because while the bubbles eventually disappear, the words remain.
We even created a way for those memories to continue through photos, videos, and messages shared from the moment itself, preserving the stories that make life's celebrations meaningful.
Not because it's easier.
Because details matter.
People matter.
Moments matter.
P.S. Cuvée was created for the dreamers, the achievers, the believers, the celebrators, and the people who simply want to be included.
Because I believe everyone deserves to be part of the toast.
No matter what's in their glass.
Twelve lines that cover
every kind of moment.
When we sat down to write what would go inside the envelope, we didn't want to write one message. One message would land for some people and miss for most. So we wrote twelve.
Every message went through the same test: could it land at a wedding? A promotion? A hard week? A Tuesday? The twelve that passed are the twelve you'll find. Every bottle carries one, chosen at random.
Whichever one you get is the one you were meant to get. That's how it works.
Sparkling, finished
by hand.
We blend and bottle in California. But the true artistry happens by hand in Idaho.
Every envelope is carefully applied, and every wax seal is individually pressed with the P.S. monogram. Because meaningful details deserve a human touch.

Go find out which line was waiting for you.
